1. Scope
This Cookie Policy explains how AppSynergy Yazılım Hizmetleri A.Ş. (“AppSynergy,” “we,” “us,” “our”) and our partners use cookies and similar tracking technologies—including mobile SDK identifiers such as IDFA (iOS) and GAID (Android)—when you visit our websites or use our mobile applications (collectively, the “Services”). It complements our Privacy Policy and forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
By continuing to use the Services after seeing our cookie banner, you agree to the practices described below.
2. What Are Cookies & SDK Identifiers?
Browser cookies are small text files stored in your web browser.
Mobile SDK identifiers (sometimes called “pseudo-cookies”) are resettable device IDs or secure-storage keys that fulfil the same function inside a mobile app (e.g., IDFA, GAID, Firebase Instance ID).
Both technologies help us remember your settings, analyse usage, and—if you allow—deliver personalised advertising.
3. Why We Use Them

* EU/UK & Türkiye: non-essential cookies/SDK identifiers load only after opt-in via our Consent Management Platform (CMP).
4. Mobile Specific Notes (IDFA / GAID & ATT)
On iOS 14+ we show Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt before accessing IDFA.
On Android you can reset or delete GAID via Settings › Google › Ads › Reset advertising ID.
If you decline tracking, we fall back to contextual ads and essential telemetry only.
5. Managing Your Preferences
Our GDPR-compliant CMP appears on first visit and whenever we add a new vendor. It always offers three equal-weight buttons:
Accept All
Reject All (except Essential)
Manage Preferences (category toggles & vendor list)
You can reopen the CMP at any time by clicking “Cookie Settings” in the app settings menu or website footer.
Browser controls: Most browsers let you delete or block cookies in their privacy settings.
Mobile-app controls: Use Settings › Privacy › Tracking inside the app to clear analytics data or revoke ad consent.
Blocking some cookies may impact functionality (e.g., you may need to log in again or see less-relevant content).
6. Third-Party Tracking
We allow carefully-vetted partners (analytics, ads, A/B testing) to set their own cookies/SDK IDs. Each partner is:
Bound by a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), and
Listed in the CMP vendor list with purpose, data-retention period, and opt-out link.
We do not permit device fingerprinting or any partner that ignores user-consent signals.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect legal, technical, or business changes. The “Effective Date” will change accordingly. Material updates will be highlighted in-app or on our website for at least 30 days.
