At AppSynergy, we build smart, impactful mobile experiences powered by advanced AI. As part of our marketing team, you’ll help us tell compelling stories, reach global users, and grow our apps strategically.
This is a full-time role, based remotely or in our Istanbul HQ. You’ll work closely with product, design, and growth teams to execute and optimize marketing campaigns.
🛠️ What You’ll Do
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns
Manage paid ads on Google, Meta, TikTok, and more
Run A/B tests and iterate based on insights
Collaborate with content, design, and product teams
Report KPIs, analyze user acquisition and retention
Contribute to ASO and organic growth strategies
✅ What We Look For
2+ years experience in mobile marketing or performance marketing
Experience with platforms like Google Ads, Meta Business Manager
Strong analytical and communication skills
Familiarity with ASO and App Store Console tools
A passion for creative experimentation and optimization
Excellent English
